We are open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, but you can shop 24/7! We constantly check email thoughout the day, so if you have an urgent question, please contact us that way. If you would prefer to call us, please email first and we will call you back or provide you with our direct line.
Payment / Privacy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards and bank cards.
We have partnered with Paypal to accept credit cards, bank cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. Please note, that you do NOT need a paypal account in order to make a purchase.
Discounts/Coupon Codes
We love a deal as much as you do! So, we generally have a good sale or promotion going on as well as our current coupon code can be found on the blog. Discounts and coupons are at the discretion of Wee Little Changes and are subject to change at any time. Unfortunately, discounts/coupon codes can not be applied to the Newborn Rentals, Cotton Babies Products (Bumgenius, Flip) or Naturepedic Products.
Returns
We stand behind all of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wee Little Changes. Therefore, we accept returns (with receipt) within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated in the item description. We have extended the return period for our gift registry (without receipt) items to 90 days from event date. Due to the nature of our products, all items being returned must be unused, unwashed and be in new condition (including original packaging). If you need to return something, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please ship the return with delivery confirmation/insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.
Shipping & Insurance
We are happy to offer our customers FREE domestic shipping, as well as to international APO / FPO delivery mailing addresses. The only exception is for very heavy weight items such as prefolds or detergents (in most cases we have split the cost of what the actual shipping is). We generally ship through USPS either First Class Mail or Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation), but reserve the right to ship via ground for larger packages. In general, if the item weighs less than 13 oz. it will be shipped USPS First Class or if an order is more than 3 lbs. it will be shipped USPS Parcel Post (with everything in the middle being shipped USPS Priority Mail). If you need something expedited, please contact us to discuss before placing your order.
If you are international (non-military), please email us for a shipping quote.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Normally, domestic packages will arrive within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated in the item description or if being shipped direct from the manufacturer. International shipments usually take 6-14 days. Once your order ships, you will receive a detailed email. At this time, we are unable to ship FOR FREE internationally without an APO / FPO mailing address.
Optional Insurance:
Wee Little Changes is NOT responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We do ship most packages via Priority Mail that includes delivery confirmation (similar to a tracking number). Once the package is picked up by the USPS, it is not replaceable.
We encourage our customers to purchase shipping insurance. You can do so here for domestic packages. Wee Little Changes does guarantee all INSURED packages! If you purchased insurance through us and have not received your domestic package within 30 days after the ship date, please contact us. We will gladly replace it.
Backorders
On the occasion that we experience a backorder, we will contact you immediately. Another item may be substitute or we can place an order from the manufacturer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Gifts
If your purchase is a gift for someone else, please let us know during checkout in the "Comments" section. We will be happy to include a personal message and leave off the prices etc.
We are happy to gift wrap anything for a small fee - just $2.50! The gift will be wrapped in a trendy colored tissue paper with coordinating ribbon and a handwritten gift tag. You can purchase gift wrapping here.
